I want you to know how effective Acupressure is for sleep disorders This video clip gives you a couple of Acupressure points on the ankles to sedate your energy for counteracting insomnia, plus tips to help you get to sleep, or get back to sleep. The Acupressure Points (K 6 and B 62) between your heel and anklebones (on both sides) have traditionally been used to relieve and prevent insomnia. The acupressure point on the inside of the heel below your inner anklebone is called Joyful Sleep. Can you guess what to do to obtain joyful sleep? Just hold this ankle acupressure point while taking deep breaths for a few minutes before you go to bed. The Acupressure points on the outside of your heel, below your outer anklebone are called Calm Sleep. Pressing these ankle points together by placing your thumb on one side and your fingertips on the other side of your ankle, can enable your body to relax deeply for a good night’s sleep. This acupressure technique and the following tips are easy to teach your child.

Hey! thanks for this useful video. By the way, I notice lots of people keep on talking about panic and anxiety treatment called Zomopanic Eraser (just google it), but I’m not sure if it’s good. Have you thought about Zomopanic Eraser? I’ve heard several awesome things about it and my buddy finally stop his panic attacks using it, but he refuses to tell me :(

I have heard some unbelivable things about it and my buddy finally kick away his panic attacks forever using it, but he refuses to tell me :(

but I was really serious about all my actions, believe me your body can multiply alot of pain and even noises in your body that you feel every little detail your body creates I reminded myself that all that is normal till it finally all went away. There’s is to much to list of my experiences but I’m sure you may understand alot with what I’ve said just another example these attacks can even make you believe you have arthritis with blood test it will show negative. That was just another thing th

of joy and fear etc that your suppose to have. There for your body doesn’t estimate the right amount of feeling to release to much of anything creates panic and anxiety, so therefore what I did was like reprogramming your body. For example when I came home I even forgot what it feels like to be sleepy so I had to think back in how good it felt Everyday I reminded myself how good things felt of everything I did till your body actually programs itself and all those feelings come back, but I was

Then I also noticed that I forgot how things really feel. For example I remember before I had anxiety when I was hungry my stomach would graul and I would crave certain foods, and when I was extremely tired I remember how wonderful my bed looked and how good it felt to lay down. I noticed i totally lost my normal feelings ill be a little sarcastic but just an example it almost seems like we are some type of computers where if you forget how to feel about things in life then you loose the amount

I started going to thai massages the first time I went I didn’t really enjoy it it turns out that not every massage place has someone that really knows what they are doing. Just around the 4th time I went I was ready for deep tisue massage the therapist can really get knots out of your body relax your muscle’s I began to cry on my own I noticed that alot of my pain seemed to be relieved for some strange reason I experienced this crying deal for several visits ofcourse I keeped that to myself. I suffered from panic attacks, anxiety since I was 15 yrs old it went on for 5 yrs strong. I never took medication to help me it was not common at all for doctors to diagnose anxiety at that time, so I was living in fear not knowing what was going to happen to me. I’m 40yrs now, and I’m no doctor, but I managed to completely be free of anxiety for the last 15yrs with no medication. I know what it’s like for many of you that are suffering so I hope that this helps you like it did to me. I starte
